The Cannabis and Health Revolution:
We're here for it.
Scroll down to learn more about who we are, why we’re here, and how we can support you.
1.
We do this because it changes lives.
This work is life-changing. It doesn’t just change our coaches’ lives, but the lives of the people they help, those people’s families, their communities, and so on. Over the years, we’ve received many messages from our graduates, sharing amazing stories and results from their clients. We’ve seen how one educated and confident cannabis coach can completely transform the lives of many. That’s why we’re here.
2.
We're in this together.
Fun fact: One of our founders is a former hippie commune member (guess which one). Because we all value the fact that we learn and create better together, we formed a fun, supportive, and engaged community. You’ll have lifetime access to the group, even after you graduate. That way, you can keep connecting, networking, collaborating, and meeting new coaches. Our former students say the community and the lifelong connections are priceless.
3.
We're carving out a place for women in this industry.
Even though women are the fastest-growing demographic of cannabis consumers, women are still severely underrepresented in the industry’s leadership roles. By starting our own businesses, being well-educated and well-trained, and learning the coaching skills that allow us to lead with confidence, we’re carving our own path forward. We’re a women-owned and operated business, and we’re committed to building a network of successful female cannabis entrepreneurs and leaders that will change the face of this industry.
4.
We will never stop improving.
When we find new information, we’ll share it. When we learn of a better way to guide people around cannabis, we’ll incorporate it. When we uncover a new business model that helps your practice grow, we’ll teach you about it. We’re committed to your continued professional development, so when you sign up for one of our programs, you’ll get access to that program’s updates and improvements for life.
5.
We have a strict "keep it kind" policy.
Because the work we do sometimes gets personal and almost always requires vulnerability, we don’t allow unkind, distracting, mean-spirited, or other PITA-like behavior in our community. That also goes for any racist, sexist, ageist, or other -ist behavior that reflects any form of bigotry or hate.
Our Commitment to Your Professional
Development
As a part of our commitment to bring Cannabis and Health Coaching into the mainstream, we’ve become an approved CE Provider by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, and have partnered with industry organizations who are devoted to the mission of educating around therapeutic and medicinal cannabis within the industry.

The National Cannabis
Industry Association
As members of the National Cannabis Industry Association, we stay up to date and informed on industry changes and opportunities and pass that information on to our students.

Americans for
Safe Access
The Cannabis Coaching Institute is proud to support the work of Americans for Safe Access, an organization that provides research, resources and education for patients and professionals.

Marijuana
Policy Project
We’ve come a long way, and we still have much further to go. That’s why we’re members of the Marijuana Policy Project, an organization focused on advocacy and legalization efforts in the United States.
This is about more than just cannabis. It's about changing the way we approach health.
We’re on a dual mission to transform our broken healthcare system and to create opportunities for women in the lopsided cannabis industry. We do this by training professional health coaches who are skilled at supporting and educating people who could benefit from this powerful plant medicine. Ready to join the revolution?
